Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to guarantee any changes can be made once an order is placed. Please send an email to email@example.com and our customer service team will find the best solution possible.
When will my order ship?
All orders are expected to ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, tracking details will be emailed once available. Our Fulfillment center only ship on business days and we aim to ship out orders as soon as the next business day. We may experience delays in processing your order during holidays or promotional periods.
Please note, the transit time for domestic orders generally take 7-10 business days and international orders typically take 10-14 business days.
Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped from the US therefore duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods therefore will not be included in the overall shipping costs.
International orders will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these duties differ from country to country therefore we are unable to determine what the charges might be.
For additional information, you may wish to contact your local customs office to get an idea of what these charges may be before placing your order.
Can I exchange or return my order?
All domestic and international sales are final. NRG does not accept returns and exchanges for size or style.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving the damaged item and a representative will be able to assist you. Please make sure to provide your order number and photos of the damage.
